Is there any possibility to add this kind of logic to the activity log? - If the logged in user makes changes to some fields and resubmits the record, these changes will be shown in the activity log.
I actually need 2 different types of fields log in Activity log: First one as fixed fields as shown in the image you attached and Second one special to capture which fields values are changed by the user when the record is updated.
