1. When an onboarding LCE case is submitted, it creates an HR task to submit the onboarding order guide. (Parent LCE case is on the table - HR Talent Management Case)
2. The order guide contains 'Record producers' and 'Catalog items'.
3. When the order guide is submitted, the catalog items create REQ and RITMs, and they get attached to the Request item related list on the parent LCE case.
4. But the record producers create individual HR cases that are not tied to the parent LCE case. These cases are on the HR Workforce Administration Case table
5. We want those separately created HR cases to appear as child cases of the parent LCE case, so that they can't be missed.
