Add custom field on activity log

I have a custom field in incident form. As a service desk user, I want to log history of change in custom field in Incident form's activity log, so that I can check activity logs when these fields are changed.

How can i achieve this requirement?

Hi,



Refer the screen shot below and click on the icon next to Activity tab and then click on Configure Available fields as shown below:

Add your custom field to the right of the slush busket to have it appear on the Activity logs.
