Add date/time to record fields using playbooks

Hello,
I'm looking to add the current date time to a record when the playbook is triggered but can't see a way to add it.
What I'm looking for is to add a timestamp or epoch date to a field/tag when an alert maintenance changes from true to false.
I can do the rest using the playbook and am able to add a static value but not a dynamic date/time value. One way I know of is to use the javascript DateTime object but that doesn't appear to be working.
Is there a way I can do this using process automation designer?
