Add Email to RITM Activity Stream in SOW

Hello,
I would like to add the ability to send emails (and see sent and received emails) from the Requested Item record form in the Service Operations Workspace. I added the email Client attribute to the sc_req_item dictionary entry (See figure 1).
Can someone point me to the right spot to add filters for the Post Type?

It's managed using a property. You can refer to "glide.ui.incident_activity.fields" system property and create a similar property for RITM table as well.

Activity stream is available on RITM OOTB in SOW.
If you want to add/remove the fields tracked in activity log then do this for RITM
Configure fields to be displayed in Activity stream
1) go to RITM record in native and click the funnel icon and click Configure Fields
2) then add fields which you want to see from left to right bucket
