Add favorite option on articles on a portal

Add favorite option on articles on a portal, i have done some analysis and i got that by default it was there in Employee center and but im working on one custom portal so i need same functionality for articles in a portal

Hi Naveen,

Clone the "Knowledge Article Content" widget and add it to your custom KA page.
you can now modify the widget as per your requirement, and once you clone you might get error message like "Server JavaScript error "KBPortalService" is not defined. error in servicenow portal", in this case create a new script include and copy the contents of "KBPortalService" script include and paste it into new SI and change the same in widget also.
