Add Fields in Activity Filter Field Changes in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

Hi,

I am using CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.

I want to add some more fields in Activity Filter on Case form, So that I can use those fields to Create new filter set,

Where is the option/configuration to add fields. Please see the screenshot.

Hey @deepak50,

 

I believe you can configure it in the Next Exp view.

  1. Open the Case record in Next Experience (or the 'backend')
  2. Change the view to 'Workspace'
  3. Select the filter icon and select 'Configure available fields'

    4. Add the fields to the right hand side
