Hi Team,
I was wondering if it is possible to add knowledge blocks automatically for certain KB article types via business rule (via script), if yes, can you please share the code to the same, or the approach to add to the KB articles?
So the high level requirement is, we have a SD team whose contacts details should be added to all the new KB articles footer. So I thought of achieving this through Knowledge blocks.
