Creating a field type of URL will serve the purpose.

Created field type URL, set the default value also but need to hide the lock icon . Attached scrrenshot for your reference.

Hi Nithya,

Set the same field "Read-only" on the Dictionary record. It will avoid editions on the form level. Hence, the lock icon will not be visible.
