Add message to activity stream portal

Hi All,

When a user (not an admin) opens a record from the portal that was not created by him, there is no option for adding a new message in the activity stream (even though they are in the same group).

Does anyone knows how to fix it?

Could you open the same record on backend and see if he/she able to add message. Please check ACL if they cant add message on backend.

only the user who created the record can add a message - portal and BO.

There is only a read type ACL that contains the work_notes field. should I change the existing one or create a new one for writing?
