Hi @shubhamvrm2

Follow this steps. Hope it will work for you.

  • Go to Native/platform ui.
  • Open sn_recovery_event table.
  • navigate to any record form, right-click the header (or click the context menu icon), select Configure, and choose Form Builder
  • Change the view to Workspace.
  • From left pane Select your needed field and drop to form.

Could you share screenshots for the working output by comparing it against earlier fields and new version/fields?

Hi Ankur,
Yes it seems a custom resolve portal
As of now in screenshot you can see , it only shows task type, opened by,name, description.
I want  below fields to be added under approval  task

name, description, goals, objectives, scope, timeline, results, and recommendations) directly in the approval task

this record is for sn_recovery_event table

HI Tanushree,

Thanks for your response.
I am not sure if this soln is for resolve portal.
I want these fields

name, description, goals, objectives, scope, timeline, results, and recommendations directly in the approval task on resolve portal.

soln you mentioned I believe is for workspace not for resolve portal.
