Add multiple selection of variable values in MRVS

I have an existing variable set where I need to modify

by adding a section named "Fruits" with check box values "apple, banana, mango".

Struggle is I am able to create check boxes but not the section heading as label, rich text label, custom, macros doesn't work in MRVS.

Is there any other way that I can create a variable with those choice which allows multiple selection of choices in MRVS.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

why not create a list collector within MRVS and have those options added to sys_choices?

It was asked to create checkboxes only they don't want to add a list collector

then not possible as OOB limitations are there for those variables and cannot be added under MRVS
