So, what i need is the Technical Service, that the Incident was Assigned to, when the First Person Took the Incident.
A Way to reproduce this, is: Create 2 (or more) Incients with the Same Technical Service.
Take both Incidents Then Move one of them to another Technical Service Resolve Both Incidents
After that, you need to be able to get the Incidents that were opened in whichever TS you opened the Incidents, including the on, that you assigned to another TS
My Idea: Add a New Field to the Incident Table, that is automatically Set to the Technical Service the Incident is assigned to by the time the Incident is taken for the First time.
