Add new fields in Activity filter

When we go to Filter Activity and go to Configure Activities we see some fields are available to be selected to add in activity, can we bring in some new fields to Available list by some customization so that i can add Parent comments or any other related field fields. so that in the child ticket i can see some parent field update in child activity section.

OOTB the available section shows fields of the current table on which the activities section is being defined. You cannot add any dot walked field (ex: comments from parent field).

Hello,

 

No you cannot add any reference dot walk field to this filter. The custom new field also has to be Either  on the Incident or task form to  have it available on the activity filter.
