Wanted to see if anyone could help with this problem.
We are trying to add the business contact field as a recipient to an Email Client Template to auto populate.
When I open the Business Contact field dictionary entry it shows that it's a reference field from the Case Table with the column label Contact. Is there a way to add this Business Contact field as a recipient by dot walking?
