Hello everyone,
I was wondering if it's possible to add the functionality of searching for records (which is available from the "my request" when searching open/closed records) to the general homepage search function in the employee center portal. Use case example: so that users can search for their incidents from the homepage search. I have attached a picture to illustrate.

With AI enabled it would be different set of configurations.

Just make sure you are using "ESC" as your portal not service portal.
