Add search for records such as incident using the homepage search in employee center

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it's possible to add the functionality of searching for records (which is available from the "my request"  when searching open/closed records) to the general homepage search function in the employee center portal. Use case example: so that users can search for their incidents from the  homepage search. I have attached a picture to illustrate.

Just make sure you are using "ESC" as your portal not service portal.

Thanks for the quick reply, does it matter if you have AI search enabled in the system?

Yes it does matter @Babak 

With AI enabled it would be different set of configurations.
