Add sent or received emails to comments to show up in activites

Hi - I am trying to add the sent or receive emails for the caller to the additional comments to show up in the activities. I did created inbound action to trigger received emails and a business rule to trigger sent emails. Its not working. Any advise would be great.

you simply need to configure the activity log
why you are using business rule here?
