Add to cart button not visible in Service Portal

Hi All, 

I have cloned the SC Catalog Item widget and added it to my Page. However, When I select a catalog Item from my Portal, the Add to cart button is not appearing and Submit button is showing always. 

Can anyone help me in debugging this issue.

Hey dheeraaj,

Check out in portal setting:

Mak sure Hide Add to cart unchecked then and then only it will visible on portal.

Hi Dheeraj,

 

Please follow below process

1.Go to Maintain cart layouts -> Item Ordering Widget

Please check Add To Cart is True or not. If not Please make it true. Then Add To Cart Option will visible.

Hello Dheeraj,

Is Add to cart option not showing for all items or particular items only?

If it is not showing for particular item then go to list view of "sc_cat_item" table i.e. maintain item module.

check no cart option for that item is true or false. if it is true then "Add to cart" option not visible on portal.
