Adding a button in playbook activity

Hi experts,

 

I have a requirement to add a button "Open" for the "Show List of Control Programs" activity definition, which applies to the whole playbook. Upon clicking the "Open button", the user will be redirected to a URL. For eg"https://www.google.com/". How can I achieve this?
