In SOW, under Record Information for an Incident, I want to add a box in red and green color and the text in the box should be "VIP" and "EXEC" respectively. Can someone please help me how to add it?
I have modified the OOB Script Include "SOWIncidentInfoSNC" to check if the caller is a VIP and EXEC.
