Adding a large-character field beneath the Standard Ticket Header fields?

Hello
I am working on the CSM and would like to enhance the Standard Ticket Header on the case record page.
Currently, the header displays key fields such as Case Owner, Priority, Contract, Account, and Asset. As shown in the attached screenshot, there is available space below these fields (highlighted area).
I want to display one or more large text (long string) fields (e.g., Description or custom fields) in that space below the existing header fields.
Is it possible to configure this directly in the Standard Ticket Header component?
