Adding a new choice in impact field produce problem in change request form.

Hello,

I just tried creating a new record in the choice list so that I could have the default 1-High have another display value in the impact field for the change request record.

Did I miss something in the record? I am planning to have different label for each choices and I am just testing first this method. Will these configuration affect risk assessment or the calculate risk UI actions?

Just an additional question,

where can I find this look up definition is setup for change management. Or is it just the same as the priority look up rules?

Check data look up as well, both are different and also lastly check 'Risk Condition' and 'Risk Assessment' , once done you can go ahead

Firstly have a unique value. 

Secondly add records in the lookup definition, so that system knows what to do when the impact selected is the new one

I read some articles that values for the impact field choices were used in some other scripts that is why I just created a choice with just a different label but same value for change request table.

I also looked up the Priority data lookup and it seems that it was not used for the change request or is it also used in change request?
