Adding a new font style in CSM customer workspace

Requirement

  1. Add a new font style to font list in CSM Customer workspace HTML editor (Font name - century gothic)ankitsharma_487_0-1713841772456.png

     

  2. Add same font style to Email client when answering from Fulfiller viewankitsharma_487_1-1713841772591.png

     

     

    Steps Taken so far
  • changed 'glide.ui.html.editor.v5.font.collection' to add 'Century Gothic=century gothic' that helps for fulfiller view and above screenshot 2 reflects that font - century gothic is showing in drop down But it doesn't reflect for CSM Workspace HTML Editor
  • made same changes to 'glide.ui.html.editor.v4.font.collection' also but that did not help

 

please help in resolving this

Hi @ankitsharma_487 ,

It's a known issue unfortunately!!

updating glide.ui.html.editor.v5.font.collection makes the font available on the detail page / HTML editor but it won't help to add same font style to Email client.

 

Changes to glide.ui.html.editor.v4.font.collection is of no use.
