Adding a project Reference selection to the Consume UI Action

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to try and reference a project when I consume an item, OOTB you can select a user, but we would like to be able to select a project also. I cannot find where the script is to modify these settings, I seen on an old post it was in the UI HTML, but I am not sure if that has changed, and I cannot find that. 

I am not super familiar with scripting either and that UI jelly script looks different than what I have worked with, any help would be greatly appreciated. Project field on consumable table is u_project, would like to be able to select when consuming an item like you select a user but do not want it mandatory. Below is an example ideally, I would like the project to be under user is this possible to achieve? Any help or guidance would be extremely appreciated!

I was able to figure it out in the UI Page consume_a_consumable attached a picture but I am trying to find out how to make it look a bit cleaner the project field is bunched up.

I cannot get it to link the consumable to the project like it does with a user, any advice would be appreciated!
