Adding additional Catagory page on the Service Portal

I am currently adding Catalog Items for a newly created Category on the Service Portal.  The way it is currently setup, is that you would select " Get Help" from the main landing page.

You will then see the page is pointed to the newly created category called " Create an Incident".

This new category was created so we could drive the end user to "Get Help" when they wanted to create an Incident and to the second category " Request Something" for request. 

 

You will see that we now have Tiles (catalog items) above that have been added.  When you choose for instance, "Can't log in, you are taken to a form that can be filled out once we have the variables (questions) in place.   

 

We are looking for the option of inserting another category, or more like a sub category page before taken to the form.  For example, select "Get Help", then the "Can't log in" tile, then to another page of tile's showing "windows login, Payroll login, etc.   Is there an option to insert another Category page verses the Tile "Can't login" taking you directly to the form?  

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
