Adding Agent Assit to CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

I am trying to configure Agent Assist to CSM / FSM Configurable Workspace. So far I have done the following:

1. Created a new record 

vidhya_mouli_0-1757419164591.png

 

2. Created a new record

vidhya_mouli_1-1757419192047.png

 

3. Created a new record

vidhya_mouli_2-1757419252651.png



4. Updated the record

vidhya_mouli_3-1757419326101.png



I am still not able to see agent assist in the workspace. What am I doing wrong here?

Instead of adding it to the existing record I created a new record 'Image 3). Still not working.

Try cache.do and repair the plugin.

2.  Create a new property 

Name - contextualTableConfigMapping

Value - 

[{"agent_assist":[{"table=custom_table_name":"the sys id of table config"}]}]

 

Page - CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace
