Adding Agent Assit to CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

I am trying to configure Agent Assist to CSM / FSM Configurable Workspace. So far I have done the following:

1. Created a new record

2. Created a new record

vidhya_mouli_1-1757419192047.png

 

3. Created a new record

vidhya_mouli_2-1757419252651.png



4. Updated the record

vidhya_mouli_3-1757419326101.png



I am still not able to see agent assist in the workspace. What am I doing wrong here?

This is already done. I added it to the existing property (Image 4). But still not working.

Try to remove it from existing property  and create a new property "contextualTableConfigMapping" for custom case type. No need to create new action assignment and UX screen

Tried and did not work 😥
