I have requirement to add and remove users from a watch list field in cmdb_ci_server table based on the input provided in catalog form via list collector. This should happen via flow designer automation task which when success it should close the RITM or create an incident. Kindly let me know how this can be achieved as I have used actions like create record and delete record but here I have to do the same operation for field level. I have will paste the catalog form and cmdb field picture to understand this better.
