Hi Team,
I am trying to add filters to this OOB Performance analytics dashboard: Overdue Incident Age Monitor.
It is also showing the Resolved, Closed and Cancelled Incidents but I only want to show the Incidents that are in New, InProgress and Onhold.
Where should I add this filter?

That's weird. All of the widgets related to overdue incidents on my OOB instance are build up from jobs running on active, unresolved incidents. Is this a custom dashboard?

Hi,
These are the OOB dashboard provided by Servicenow and the widgets in this dashboard are configured for the incident_sla.
It says Overdue by Age but it's also showing the Closed, Resolved or Cancelled tickets.

Hi @Jake Adams ,
Have you verified the conditions utilized in the performance analytics automated indicator / indicator source?
