Hello everyone,
Over the past month, I’ve been trying to integrate Google Maps into my ServiceNow app but have been struggling to get it working. I’m new to ServiceNow and scripting, and I’m finding it challenging to add maps with markers using Field Service Management (FSM).
My goal is to allow contractors to view the technicians' locations on the map. However, the scripts I’ve tried so far haven’t worked. I’ve made several attempts to figure this out on my own, but I’m at a point where I really need assistance. Learning this is essential because I plan to create a geolocation map next.
I’ve attached an image to show how I envision the app. I’ve managed to generate a Google Map centered in Georgia using UI Pages, but I’m unsure how to proceed with configuring markers or integrating it into FSM.
If anyone with experience could guide me through this process, I would greatly appreciate it! I have the API key set up and working but need help with the rest.
