Adding hyperlink to announcement.

Hi All,

Is it possible to have a hyperlink in announcement summary. I have to navigate to a KB article by clicking on the summary of announcement.

Attaching screenshot for reference while clicking on highlighted area it should get navigate to KB article.

Hi @Tamil4,

You can add the article url to the Details URL field. It will be clickable in button to the right side (Learn more).

Hi Sagar,

I don't want Learn more or Click here as hyperlink. I want the summary of announcement ie., "We are Planning a scheduled system outage between 10th Oct 2023 - 11th Oct 2023" text as a hyper link.
