Adding members and roles to the Group

Hi All,

I have added ITIL role and Group member to the "Vinu Group".

But In the user record, I can see many roles but ITIL role contains only 22 roles. But here I can see many roles.

Please can any one help me here, Why I am seeing other roles, those are not part of the ITIL role.

Hi @vinuth v 

Please check the Inheritance count if it is more than 1 that means role is getting inherited from the role inside ITIL role.

You can add 'inheritance map' field in the list view with help of configure icon.

By clicking on inheritance map you will be able to see from which role the current role is getting inherited.

Please notice, that even though that ITIL roles only contains 22 roles, then some of these 22 roles can also contains several child roles. Based on this, the user can be assigned even more that the 22 roles that you see from ITIL overview.

This is happening because ITIL role having 22 child roles 

So when you add ITIL role to any user or any group so this containing roles(22) are also added to that user
