Adding text in Mailto email template

I want to add text in the mailto template.

When user click on the approval link and when outlook is opened. I want a default text to be shown to user which will be like help text or grayed out. 

This text should not be considered as user input when user send the email.

Please suggest some solution for this.

Thanks for the links.

Actually if i add the text as body then in the email it will come as same text  as shown below. 

My requirement is to have the text as greyed out or some text upon which user can type in their input.

Please let me know if you find anything for this.
