To achieve this, we are exploring integration options such as Integration Hub, REST APIs, or other suitable methods.
- Create a new request item in ServiceNow called “Add to Distribution List” catalog form.
- Allow users to select a Microsoft 365 distribution list from a dropdown.
- Automatically route the request to the designated approver for that list.
- Upon approval, automatically add the requester to the selected distribution list.
