Trigger SLA noification fto assigned to or 50% breach time.

Hi Team,

in Zurich instance, cna anyone help me with the complete step wise guide to Trigger the Notification to Assigned to, assigned to manager whe the SLA has reached the 50% business duration and has not breached.

This is the OOTB SLA flow. You only need to modify to whom you want to send the email.
