Adding Users to multiple Active Directory groups using Microsoft AD Spoke in Flow Designer

I am currently building a flow using Flow Designer that utilizes the Microsoft Active Directory Spoke to add a user to a single and multiple AD groups.

Has anyone ever built a flow that adds a user to multiple AD groups on the same domain?  I'm looking for tips/suggestions on how to set that up.

I currently have a custom table that contains the sub-category (chosen by user on the catalog item/form) and the corresponding Active Directory groups.
