Adding Variable Set from Record Producer to Form

I have a Catalog Portal Record Producer that uses a variable set to get two pieces of information, Division and Location. I would like to add these two fields to the table list and table form view for the record that is created.
I've looked everywhere I know where to look and can't figure this out. Is there something simple I'm missing, or does this require a more in-depth solution. Would love some advice on how to get this done.

Is your variable set a multi-row variable sets?
Are the values in your variable set mapped to your form? If they were, you should be able to customize your list view to add the two variables. Else, you need to map the two variables to the form.
