Adding Watchers to Watch list when a user is mentioned on RITM/SCTASK Worknotes

Hi,

Hope everybody is doing good. I have a requirement, so when a user mentions another user using '@example' on Work notes of a RITM/SCTASK, then that user needs to be added to the Watch list of the same RITM/SCTASK. Also whatever default notifications are available needs to be sent for that tagged in User.

Does anybody had any similar requirement and were able to achieve it, it would help a lot.
