addition button on the form

hello fellows , I did an app scope and after scope, I realized I have an addition submit button on the form which I did not add, does not show up on the original app

went to the UI action on both forms and both have the button as active but strangely it is not visible on the original form, I would like to make remove/hide one of the buttons but not sure how to mimic the original look on the original form

Advice please

I have attached picture of the coped app and original app for reference

Hi,

You'd want to review the list of UI Actions within your scoped application to see if there's a duplicate.

If you go to your scoped app form, right-click the gray column header or use the hamburger icon to utillize the context menu, choose Configure > UI Actions, do you see a submit there? Try deactivating that and then see if only one shows.

This can happen when a UI Action does not override another UI Action.

1. Open up you list of UI actions under System Definition > UI Actions

2. Add the Application column to your list view using the personalize list option.

3. Filter the Name column with 'submit' and you will be able to see which application each belongs to.

Now you will have multiple 'Submit' UI Actions so working out which 2 you are seeing can be a little tricky. Luckily there is a method.

Open the sys_ui_action table.  Check the Action Name for the UI Actions named Submit. Make sure the  "Action Name" is the same for those UI Actions.

crazy as it sounds, I have previously marked the one you circled as inactive before I raised my question, and it still shows up on the form

@June Anderson Can you paste the UI Action list view of the affected table with the filter name is Submit
