Configure the Standard Change Template.

Hello 

 

How do I configure the standard template on on standard change so that it is the only template that is available 

 

Requirement 

When I select to create a Standard Change Request.

Then I can see ONLY the ADT Standard Change Req Templates.

 

I want to only be able to see the template related to the adt  app and no other change template

Is that the only standard change anybody would use? As the only way to see one template is to not have any other templates.

yes that the only template they would want to see, I want to disable/remove every other one and create a new one for that team 

Go to Service Catalog > Maintain Items and uncheck active.

You are able to see other standard change templates because, these templates are added in the 'standard change' category. 

To remove the unrelated templates, you can follow below steps

 

1. Go to Standard Change Properties. In here you have category field which will have 'Standard Changes'.

2. Open this record and you should see the different categories/templates. Deactivate the ones you wouldn't need it and update the record.  Now you should see the templates which ever you want.
