Hello,
I am facing an issue with the additional comments/work notes not getting updated on the RITM form and no record for the same getting created on the sys_journal_field table as it does for other tables.
Essentially, whenever one posts an additional comment or work notes, it should appear on the activity stream as it has been configured to do so, however it doesn't do so and there has been no acls or client scripts on the form.
Has anyone faced a similar issue and if so, please do let me know how it had been debugged and fixed.
Thanks,
urmilla

Hi Harsh, Thanks for your inputs. The issue was with a BR written which was not letting any updates register on the form. Thanks

The write acls on the table as well as the comments field is same as is OOB. I do observe that any other change on the form, example, the Configuration Item, is also not getting captured onto the activity stream. Aside from that , one acl change that I observe is the one for sc_req_item.none which has been written for the end user who should be able to update their own req items, here the role snc_internal is not in place and the role itself seems to have been deleted.
