Additional comments not visible in portal for work order

Hi ,

When I tried to post comments in activity for work order in portal it is only posting as work notes, could you please help

Go to Native UI of that Table :-

 

find_real_file (2).png

 

check whether Additional Comments is checked or not by referring the above image.

If it is visible on Native UI, then just check the catalog (record producer) of Service Portal, It might can happen, the field is in catalog form( record producer).
