Additional comments not visible on request for ITIL user

Hi All,

The Additional comments is not getting visible to ITIL users on Request. For admin its visible but want to make it visible to ITIL users too.

There is no client script hiding it and there is ACL as task.comments, whick contains ITIL role, so ITIL users shud be able to see the comments field but they cant.

So can any one let me know why its happening so..

Hi, you should also have this ACL so the ITIL user can see the work notes and comments field. 

Do you have this?

Could you also provide a screenshot of what your work notes field looks like on the form that you are attempting to have the additional comments available on.

If you are confirm that ACL is not restricting the additional comments, make sure the view that ITIL users are viewing and admin view are the same by comparing the form layout.
