Additional comments Post button is not working for incident in self-service view

We are unable to post additional comments for an incident from self-service view. Even the admin users have this issue.

Could you please enable the additional comments in the filter like below. ?

When i click on filter activity, we are not getting any options as in your screenshot. Please check the attached screenshots.
