Additional comments Post button is not working for incident in self-service view

Hi,

We are unable to post additional comments for an incident from self-service view. Even the admin users have this issue.

Are there any errors in the web browser console?

There is a UI Policy that is causing an error in the browser. This prevents other client-side features from functioning correctly. You need to find out what is causing that error and fix it.
