Additional comments Post button is not working for incident in self-service view

We are unable to post additional comments for an incident from self-service view. Even the admin users have this issue.

Thanks Slava. We have an ui policy checking for a form section but we dont have that section in self service view. So we have modified the ui policy as per the conditions.
