Hi everyone,
Below are the scenarios about additional details tab in portal(custom one),
1) Cases created from portal will have additional details tab.
2) Cases created from either HR agent workspace/backend will not have additional details tab.
3) Transferred HR cases will not have additional details tab in portal.
Any chance we can address case scenarios 2 & 3, so the HR case information is visible on the portal for approval if that case needs to be approved?
The additional details tab will have the HR case details, the filled variables on the form in portal, I want to show them in the new transferred case, if the case is transferred. I also want to show the HR case details in the portal if the case is created from backed/portal. Any help is appreciated.
