Address lookup field field

I am looking to add a field on the form that looks for an address. Does anyone have an idea on similar functionality already in use, please help.

Actually, that form is also used by external users such as, new hire employees. It is not possible to use location table.

what type of form you are exposing to external users?

Is it a catalog or record producer?

We are looking for a standard address lookup fields like amazon, google maps or some of the postal websites.
