Adjust the AI search bar position on the Service Portal

Hi,

I would need help in adjusting the search bar on the service portal.

I would like to have space between the "Learn more" and the search bar. I have tried updating the CSS in the Instance options but changing the CSS there doesn't make any adjustments in the portal. Not sure if am in the right direction.

Hi @venkataganenesh,
where does this come from? it does not seem to be OOTB so I believe customisations were made in your Portal... can you share some more details please? your description is very vague and it is not clear how to help you.

Can you share the code, or what else you tried or any starting point?

Thank you for your response,

This is OOB. we had typeahead search earlier and we wanted to enable AI search in our instance. We have enabled AI search and then the issue pops up. The search bar is overlapped and we need to move it slightly lower.

I tried updating the Widget instance CSS to move it bit lower but it didn't work.

And what do you mean "search bar is overlapped"?

Is it the yellow bubble with "Learn more" in it or something else? Because this bubble is 100 % not ootb.

This is our current Service portal home page after enabling the AI search.

Before Enabling the AI search

Issue: If we have a look at the first image(After AI search) there is no space between the learn more and the search bar. I need help in adjusting the same.
