Admin user is not able to impersonate & Not able elevate roles

Hi All,

 

Admin user is not able to impersonate  any user. After selecting user in impersonate It's showing as per the attached document. Please let me know why this happened.

When we click on Elevate roles also It's showing error as per the attached document.

Note :I have verified admin user is already security_admin role.

 

Please let me know what change need to implemented.

I have tried clear instance cache but still not working. I hope you an idea in PDI system administrator as admin  has that role. Please let me know which ways can I verify

all admins are unable to impersonate? or it's only for few admins?

Actually In  I have modified the login page widget when I try  in open designer  in edit case I'm able see the portal page and login page. But when I click on preview It's showing empty screen. Please let me know why this is happened.

 

After logout also It's showing empty screen. Please let me know why this is happened.

 

I'm not sure why the widget modification is causing this Impersonation and elevate roles.

Now that you have mentioned you have done some customizations to the login page and widget, you will have to debug it from your side.

It should have worked OOB when you revert your changes
